Policy and Procedure Operations Associate
Location: Glasgow
Role Type: Contract - 6 months
Work Setup: Hybrid - (3 days in the office) Ideally needs to come in 5 days a week for the first 2 to 3 weeks

The Role
Our client is a large multinational firm that provides a range of financial services, including advisory, investment, and asset management solutions. It serves a diverse set of clients worldwide, focusing on strategic planning, market operations, and long-term financial growth.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the review and approval of Operations policies and procedures, working with stakeholders across the business.
- Manage authorised signatory lists, including updates, approvals, and certified copies where required.
- Monitor approved policy exclusions and produce reports for senior management.
- Support the release and administration of mandatory training in line with global requirements.
- Build strong relationships with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Internal Audit, and Company Secretaries.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes while supporting wider governance and control initiatives.

What you bring
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Operations related role (open to a background from legal, risk, compliance, or governance)
- Experience writing, reviewing, and maintaining policies, procedures, or controlled documentation
- Background within financial services, banking, or an investment organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience handling queries, resolving issues, and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
