Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust & Safety, or technology environment.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently in order to review content, manage escalations, and communicate with stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in policy, legal operations, regulatory environment, or content moderation in similar industries (e.g., technology, intellectual property).
- Knowledge of the technology sector, its trends, and key policy issues affecting the internet (e.g., intellectual property, free expression, online safety).
- Knowledge of the socio-political landscape and current events in the DACH region and Europe.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, especially with cross-functional partners.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in partner management, business development, sales, or channel development in the technology industry.
- Experience participating in or coordinating AI/ML technical transformations, utilizing FDE or embedded delivery model.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience launching partner products and solutions, including complex channel go-to-market motions such as multi-partner solutions, procurement through cloud marketplaces, and consumption-based solutions.
- Experience managing and growing technology partnership relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
- Experience planning and managing at strategic and operational levels.
- Experience interfacing with, and being a trusted partner for, C-level executives in partner companies.
- Proficiency with Google Cloud AI offerings (Vertex AI, Gemini, ADK) and familiarity with modern multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI), coding agents, and open-source developer tool harnesses.

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, AI Pureplay, you will drive the recruitment strategy of new partners into the portfolio and accelerate their adoption of Google Cloud services. You will work across Google Cloud’s product management, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing organizations to foster strong executive alignment with these partners, develop a co-innovation plan for new solutions and orchestrate the co-sell motion between Google Cloud and the partners sales organizations.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of capacity planning models to match scarce, high-value partner Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) resources with high-stakes customer accounts, track engagement pipelines, manage staffing models, and monitor delivery milestones to safeguard co-sell and delivery excellence.
- Support partner teams as they embed directly within enterprise accounts, helping them navigate complex customer environments and successfully bridge multi-agent orchestration with legacy corporate databases and hybrid architectures.
- Drive the ground-level execution of commercial structures that accelerate time-to-value and Return on Investment (ROI) for the customer, scale business for the partner, and maximize platform consumption for Google Cloud.
- Act as a critical touchpoint between partner engineers, Google Cloud Sales teams, and technology Leadership, gathering real-world field insights and technical bottlenecks directly from partner deployments, helping synthesizing feedback back to internal cloud AI product and Engineering teams.
