Polish Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk – Heywood

We are currently recruiting for a Polish speaking Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at our Heywood site.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible hours (start: 7:00am–10:00am, finish: 2:30pm–6:00pm)

About the Role

As part of our busy and well-established Accounts Payable team, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the AP function. This role is essential for ensuring daily processes and procedures are completed accurately, maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.

We are particularly interested in candidates with Polish language skills, although this is a desirable rather than essential requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on queries and communication
  • Reconcile statements
  • Review and resolve AP queries
  • Maintain clean ledgers (including debit and credit balances)
  • Close down purchase orders (PO’s)
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as required

Who We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience working in Accounts Payable within a large organisation
  • Strong computer literacy with excellent IT skills, including MS Office
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • The ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Bonus: Experience with Workday/AI technology
  • Fully fluent in English and Polish

(Polish fluency is desirable but not mandatory)
