About the Role
Join our dynamic team at The Kingdom Bank! We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Specialist to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the banking sector. Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective businesses
- Use consultative selling techniques and provide product expertise along with market insights to assist customers
- Reach out to customer leads through various communication channels
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers and partners
- Expedite the resolution of business problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on:
- Business needs and problems
- Customer interests
- Competitive activities
- Potential for new products and services
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring agreements benefit both the customers and organisation
- Manage your own sales pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets
- Manage sales cycles of 1-2 weeks, keeping potential customers engaged throughout
- Represent the company at international exhibitions

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 1-2 years of sales experience in Finance, Fintech, or Payment industries (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Open to travel for work across Europe and overseas regions
- Strong knowledge of trends and developments in the sales industry
- Native-level fluency in Polish
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
