Join Our Team at D&R Pool Service
We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our crew servicing the Hamptons’ most prestigious swimming pools and spas. We’re looking for both experienced pool technicians and motivated individuals with no prior pool experience who are ready to learn.
You’ll work outdoors, learn valuable technical skills, and be part of a team committed to quality service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Prior pool/spa service experience preferred
- Comfortable operating pool vacuums, carts, and related equipment
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather
- Able to lift 50+ lbs, walk for extended periods, and handle pool chemicals safely
- Valid NYS Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Hours
- Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

- Opening and closing swimming pools and spas
- Weekly pool vacuuming and water maintenance
- Assisting with pool construction, renovation, and repairs
- Maintaining chemical balance in pools/spas
- Providing excellent service to high-end clientele
Pay
Based on experience — starting at $20/hr
Start Date: Immediate
