About the Role
At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train advanced AI models. We’re seeking Population Health Informaticists to leverage their expertise in AI-driven population health data, helping to shape how AI understands, analyzes, and communicates insights to enhance community health impacts—a transformative force in modern medicine.
Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
Your work will shape AI’s role in population health through:
- Evaluating and enhancing AI-generated outputs related to health data, analytics, and public health strategy
- Collecting, integrating, and assessing population health metrics to uncover trends, disparities, and opportunities for improved outcomes
- Reviewing and providing expert feedback on:
- Dashboards
- Data pipelines
- Reporting frameworks used in health surveillance and decision-making
- Translating complex analytical insights into clear, actionable narratives aligned with real-world public health priorities
- Ensuring AI-generated health content is:
- Accurate
- Methodologically sound
- Aligned with best practices in population health informatics

Who You Are
- Experience working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization, including tools like dashboards and reporting platforms
- Skilled at translating technical data into practical, digestible insights for diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, with strong written communication skills
- Able to work independently in an asynchronous, self-directed manner

Nice to Have (but not required):
- Hands-on experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
- Background in:
- Epidemiology
- Biostatistics
- Health informatics
- Related fields
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning applied to health data
