Population Health Informaticist (AI Training)
About The Role
At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for Population Health Informaticists to bring their expertise to projects that sit at the intersection of public health and artificial intelligence.
Your deep knowledge of population-level health data will directly shape how AI understands, analyzes, and communicates insights about community health — making a meaningful impact on one of the most important fields in modern medicine.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to population health data, analytics, and public health strategy
- Collect, integrate, and assess population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improved outcomes
- Review and provide expert feedback on dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks used in health surveillance and decision-making
- Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable narratives that reflect real-world public health priorities
- Ensure AI-generated health content is accurate, methodologically sound, and aligned with best practices in population health informatics

Who You Are
- Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
- Skilled in data analysis and visualization, including dashboards and reporting tools
- Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
- Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, health informatics, or a related field
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows applied to health data
