You won't just handle calls here. You'll own the full journey
At the Porsche Customer Relations Hub, powered by RAC, this role is about creating a personalised experience for every member you speak to. You'll manage each case from start to finish, building trust and resolving issues in a way that feels considered, not scripted.
This is customer care done properly, with the time, support and freedom to make the right decisions.
What You'll Be Doing
Your day is focused on quality, not volume. You'll:
- Act as the first point of contact via phone and email
- Take full ownership of queries and complaints
- Resolve FCA-regulated complaints with care and accuracy
- Work closely with Porsche centres and internal teams
- Keep communication clear, timely and empathetic
- Build strong knowledge of products, services and processes
- Use your judgement to offer appropriate resolutions and goodwill

What You’ll Need
- Experience in a contact centre or customer support role
- Confidence handling complaints and sensitive situations
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Good IT skills across CRM systems and MS Office
- A calm, organised approach in a busy environment

- Monday-Friday between 08:00-18:00, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (09:00-13:00)
