Service Quality Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Quality Specialist to join our Porsche Centre in Silverstone to elevate the technical capability, repair quality, and operational efficiency of our Porsche workshop. This pivotal role ensures every repair meets Porsche's exacting standards — from initial diagnosis through to final quality assurance.
Acting as the technical backbone of the workshop, you will guide technicians, oversee repair progression, and ensure full compliance with Porsche Service Processes and PCGB warranty requirements. You will also play a key role in developing the team's expertise in Porsche diagnostic systems, including PIWIS, PCSS, and other advanced repair technologies.
If you are passionate about precision, process excellence, and "fixing right first time," this is your opportunity to shape workshop performance at the highest level.
