Come join us in opening up a brand new Gen 5 Porsche store in beautiful Charlotte, NC. The Porsche Shop Leader at Mills Auto Group in Charlotte, North Carolina, will oversee the operations and performance of the Porsche shop, ensuring high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Porsche shop team, providing guidance and support
- Monitor shop performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards
- Interact with customers to address any concerns and maintain satisfaction
- Oversee inventory, order supplies, and maintain shop equipment
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive repair and leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of Porsche vehicles and repair processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
