Port Security
Port Security / Steward – Invergordon Cruise Terminal
Location: Invergordon Service Base, IV18 0HD
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour Hours: 48–60 hours per week (based on site requirements) Shifts: 06:00 – 18:00 (flexibility required)
About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Services Group as a Port Security / Steward at the busy Invergordon Cruise Liner Terminal.
This role is key to ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the port, particularly during cruise visits. You will play an important part in creating a safe and welcoming environment for passengers, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols across the port and terminal area
- Support access control for passengers, staff, and vehicles
- Act as a visible deterrent to security risks and anti-social behaviour
- Assist with the safe arrival and departure of cruise ships
- Provide guidance and assistance to visiting passengers
- Maintain accurate records and complete incident reports
- Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence (essential)
- Basic DBS check required
- Full 5-year checkable work history
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and reliable approach to shifts
- Basic IT skills
