CPM Holdings, Inc. is a leading process and equipment solutions provider to the oilseed, animal feed, biomass, food, and materials processing industries. We also serve the corn wet milling, pet food, packaging, ethanol and wood industries and are the world leader in pelleting, particle size reduction equipment and automation. CPM has over 1,280 employees with facilities in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Portal Support Specialist to help build and grow our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve working closely with the Product Owner, internal stakeholders, support teams, and external development teams to maintain and enhance our platform’s performance and usability.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively provide input and participate in discovery and development sessions about newly requested workflows or features
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process, UX, and/or development improvements
- Analyse customer behaviour and platform usage data
- Validate and refine ideas by creating wireframes, defining requirements, and performing user acceptance testing
- Ensure newly developed functionalities perform at optimal levels
- Identify and collaboratively resolve issues or bugs with the Product Owner and relevant teams
- Serve as the first line of support for stakeholders, including resolving e-commerce support requests (both internal and customer-facing)
- Independently diagnose and troubleshoot portal issues, documenting findings and ensuring clear communication to stakeholders
- Contribute to onboarding initiatives by creating and maintaining process descriptions and training materials

Job Requirements
What you need:
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on identifying process improvements and proposing solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach, able to work with limited supervision
- Preference for familiarity with testing software or portal functionalities (though not mandatory)
- Analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail
- Willingness to embrace challenging tasks and uplink new skills to grow within the role

Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a (business) support role, preferably in e-commerce or IT support
- Familiarity with wireframing tools like Figma would be advantageous
- Experience with SQL or ERP systems, specifically SAP Business One ideal but not compulsory
- Education equivalent to:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, UX Design, or a closely related field
