Porter

Porter – Part-Time Role

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Porter to help ensure the smooth running of operations at Healthcare on a part-time basis, contracted at 22.5 hours per week.

About the Role

As a Porter, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of customer care and cleanliness. In return, you will benefit from career progression opportunities at a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards hard work with recognition.

The shift pattern will include:

  • Monday to Friday (evenings):
    • Fri: Evenings
    • Sat: Evenings
    • Sun: Evenings

Note: Some breaks may apply, depending on yearly contracted week commitments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in lobby areas and public spaces
  • Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams with room setup, furniture adjustments
  • Conduct reception duties, including:
    • Booking theatre tickets
    • Handling restaurant reservations
    • Addressing customer requests
  • Safeguard customer wellbeing through tasks such as:
    • Placing/removing caution signs for wet floors
    • General signage maintenance
  • Perform administrative errands to support facilities
