Porter – Full-Time (37.5 Hours/Week)
Healthcare, part of Medirest (Compass Group UK&I), is recruiting for a dedicated Porter to support the smooth running of operations across our healthcare facilities.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone with drive and creativity to make a meaningful impact in a busy environment. As a Porter, you’ll enhance customer care standards while contributing to teamwork and operational efficiency.
Working 5 out of 7 days, this role offers an opportunity to progress within a company that:

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness in public areas (lobby, reception, dining spaces)
- Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams with room setup, furniture movement, and event coordination
- Provide reception assistance, including:
- Theatre ticket booking
- Restaurant reservations
- Booking patient or visitor areas
- Handle customer-facing requests with professionalism
- Execute errands and logistics as needed
- Prioritise safety by managing signage (e.g., wet floor warnings)
- Collaborate with care teams to uphire excellent operational standards

Ideal Porter Requirements
