Job Opportunity: Porter at Belford Hospital

We are currently seeking to recruit a Porter to join our team in Belford Hospital.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide services to the Catering, Laundry and Domestic Services.
  • Required to do country and local runs.
  • Perform ward rounds and deliveries of stores.
  • Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained in line with local infection control policies, Covid 19 guidance, and maintaining compliance with the NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specification and Waste Regulations.
  • Meet specified cleaning schedules and promote and maintain high standards of cleanliness within the environment.
  • Meet specified Laundry Services to the standard of NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specifications.

Job Details

  • Full time permanent post to be available to work Mon-Sun.
  • Full comprehensive induction and training package offered.
  • Full Manual Driving Licence required.

Compensation

  • Rate of pay from £14.22 an hour with an attractive weekend working rate.
