- Shift: 11am to 11pm
- Days per week: 4 days per week (Wed-Sat)
- Location: Marble Arch - London W1H
- Salary: £29,080 per annum
About the Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Porter to work at a private residential development in Marble Arch – starting ASAP! There are 59 apartments across two blocks, each with 7 floors and a lift.

As the Porter, you will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests, and external contractors, serving as the first and primary point of contact for all queries. Your key day-to-day duties will include:


Get help with your application

- Being stationed at the front of the building
- Handling enquiries
- Opening the door
- Conducting security patrols
- Performing daily cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, and litter picking
Requirements
This role will be to start on temporary to permanent basis. Suitable candidates will need to temp for at least two weeks before a final decision is made.
