Porter
Porter – Full-Time (37.5 Hours Per Week) – 14Forty
About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Porter to support the seamless running of operations at 14Forty, ensuring high standards of customer care and cleanliness on a full-time contract (37.5 hours per week).
At 14Forty, you’ll leverage your skills in customer service and organisation while gaining the opportunity to develop your career with a company that values its people, celebrates individuality, and recognises exceptional contributions.
Shift Pattern
Your typical schedule will include:
- Monday to Friday: Full-time (days)
(Weekend shifts will be confirmed upon application.)
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and tidy lobby and other public areas
- Supporting housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams with tasks such as room setup or furniture relocation
- Performing reception duties, including:
- Booking theatre tickets
- Managing restaurant reservations
- Addressing customer requests and queries
- Running errands as required
- Ensuring customer safety by:
- Placing and removing signage for wet floors, constructing barriers, or other hazard warnings
- Supporting event logistics where necessary
