Location: Burton on Trent

Key Duties
- To deal with customer queries in a polite and effective manner, not leaving the customer until they are satisfied
- Ensure the customer promptly receives their deliveries in excellent condition every time
- Ensure that customers are kept informed of their estimated time of delivery and where issues occur the customer is kept informed at all times
- Assist in the loading of vehicles as and when required
- Ensure the customer is happy with their delivery before leaving the customer's premises
- Follow all relevant instructions, training, and quality standards
- Use equipment, materials, and systems correctly and report any faults, hazards, or concerns promptly
Pay: £13.20 per hour; After 48 hours £19.81; Unsociable hours £16.51

Working Pattern
- Days: Tuesday to Saturday
- Hours: Start between 5:30 and 7:00 to finish (return to site)
- Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid break
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and on the phone
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Problem Solver Working to resolve customer problems at the point of delivery
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
- Be flexible in relation to shifts and duties with excellent timekeeping
- Be smartly presented at all times and have excellent customer service skills and be detail focused
Essential: Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and meet the standards required for the role.
