Cornerstone is hiring a Head of Estates & Portfolio Development (Estate Partners).

Vision:

To be the UK’s leading digital infrastructure partner, enabling a fully connected future.

Mission:

Deliver reliable, high-quality site access, infrastructure, and services that support our customers’ evolving connectivity needs.

About Us

For almost two decades, Cornerstone’s infrastructure has quietly supported the UK’s mobile networks. Though we continue to strengthen our foundation and expand it, we’re in an exciting phase of acceleration and innovation—helping to power more connectivity and deeper engagement across the UK’s communities and industries.

You’ll be the key point of contact with major estate partners, such as Network Rail, Transport for London (TfL), utilities organisations, local councils, and airports. With this role, you’ll cultivate lasting relationships and secure the deals that keep our sites operational—and growing.

Your responsibilities will include negotiating acquisitions and renewals, guiding estate management, and stepping in as the calm escalation channel when commercial or property conflicts arise. Additionally, you’ll uncover new ways to maximise value across our portfolios—through site-sharing strategies, intelligent collaborations, and smarter real estate use—while ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard.

Why This Role Matters

Our network thrives only when our sites are the correct assets in the right locations, with the right agreement terms. This role safeguards critical portfolios while enabling growth.

You’ll:

  • Keep critical portfolios operationally sound, secure, and service-ready.
  • Convert intricate property negotiations into continuity for our customers and reassurance for our shareholders.
  • Identify smarter ways to utilise real estate, raise our project delivery standards, and push the business forward faster, safer, and more efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
