Portfolio Director

Portfolio Director

Location: Hybrid (Whiteley, Hampshire)

Clearance Required: SC security clearance (attainment and maintenance required)

The Portfolio Director role is critical for Leidos UK’s growth strategy. This account sits at the forefront of a rapidly expanding area for the UK division, reliant on maintaining existing ties with the customer base and wider enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Define a growth-focused strategic vision, prioritising market differentiation and innovation in partnership with US counterparts

  • Collaborate with:

    • Stakeholders to capitalise on existing IP and industry relationships
    • The Business Development function to carve high-value pipeline opportunities
  • Accountable for managing a sizeable section of the division’s P&L, delivering operational performance in line with the annual operating plan

  • Ensure seamless delivery of current programs while balancing resources between new business capture and operational growth

  • Build and maintain influence across the C-Suite and partnership networks to secure outstanding commercial wins
