Portfolio Manager – B2B Events

£48,000 - £55,000 + £20,000 bonus split across 2 events

Hybrid

Leading b2b events business seeks a highly accomplished Portfolio Manager to join their highly successful Defence division.

This role is an ideal position for a senior conference producer with 4 years + experience looking to transition into more of a strategic role with high level responsibility for owning and growing a portfolio of events.

Key elements to the role:

  • Be the subject matter expert of one or more portfolios
  • Influence the direction and shape of a portfolio including both events and potential additional revenue streams
  • Scaling relevant portfolio(s) by 25% revenue year on year
  • With the support of the Head of Production, take ownership in determining the commercial viability of conferences and strategies to scale existing products and launch new events within the portfolio(s)
  • You will have responsibility for driving the portfolio’s growth and future path
  • To produce two day and 3 Day Large Scale Events while strategizing on new commercially-viable avenues for relevant portfolio growth

Profile Required:

  • 4 Years + in conference production
  • Proven track record in conference validation
  • Excellent academic background
  • An interest in the defence sector would be highly advantageous
