Portfolio Manager – Bridging & Development Finance

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Performance Bonus (up to 25%)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded specialist property lender as a Portfolio Manager within their growing Bridging & Development Finance division.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a larger organisation where they can continue to develop their expertise across specialist property lending. The business is happy to consider candidates from Bridging Finance, Development Finance or Specialist Buy-to-Let backgrounds and will provide ongoing training and development.

The Role

As a Portfolio Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of property-backed lending facilities, ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service while proactively monitoring risk throughout the lifecycle of each loan.

You'll work closely with borrowers, brokers and internal stakeholders to oversee facilities from completion through to redemption, while supporting a wide variety of refurbishment and development transactions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
