Job Type: Permanent (Hybrid - 4 days office Mandatory)

Job Description:

  • Insurance portfolio analytics across class/subclass and alternative segmentation (Delegated Authority, cross‑class facilities, consortia); ability to define and maintain segment taxonomies.
  • KPI and reporting design: translate business goals into segment‑level performance metrics, dashboards, and repeatable/ad‑hoc analysis; strong data storytelling.
  • Finance acumen: shadow P&L by segment, expense allocation refinements, IBNR/RI allocation concepts, and gross vs net profitability views; comfort working with Finance/Reserving.
  • Data/BI fluency: define data and reporting structures, embed segmentation and KPIs into reporting cubes and core assets; perform requirement traceability and UAT for analytics outputs.
  • Stakeholder leadership: partner with underwriting, portfolio management, finance, and actuarial; run discovery on topics like consortium commissions; apply sensitivity testing, governance, and change control.
