Portfolio Raid Manager
We’re looking for a Portfolio Raid Manager to operate at the heart of Engineering delivery, maintaining a clear forward-looking view of demand, capacity, and resource allocation.

Where you'll be working
The Portfolio Raid Manager is responsible for:
- Maintaining visibility of Engineering demand, capacity, and resource allocation
- Coordinating weekly updates from multiple teams while consolidating progress into concise leadership reporting
- Ensuring all delivery data—from Azure DevOps to team-level contributions—is accurate, aligned, and actionable
- Working closely with Engineering Leads, Team Leads, and the PMO to:
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and emerging issues early
- Support decision-making and facilitate smoother delivery flows

What you’ll be doing
- Maintain a forward-looking portfolio view of Engineering’s demand, capacity, and resource allocation
- Coordinate weekly updates from teams and produce consolidated, leadership-level reports
- Develop and maintain consistent, repeatable reporting artefacts that highlight:
- Progress, risks, and dependencies
- Manage and improve delivery data, including extraction from Azure DevOps and external tools
- Align team-level data with central reporting, ensuring consistency and reliability
- Collaborate with Engineering Leads and PMO to refine reporting accuracy
- Systematically identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, and emerging issues for proactive resolution

Essential skills & experience
You’ll thrive with:
- A structured approach to organisation and data management in fast-paced environments
- PMO, delivery support, or coordination experience (IT/Engineering preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data validation techniques
- Excellent skills in:
- Collating, validating, and communicating information from diverse stakeholders
- Stakeholder engagement and clear communication
A working knowledge of Agile delivery and Azure DevOps is a plus.
