Job Description: Portfolio Sales Consultant (Mansfield)
Stannah is looking to appoint a Portfolio Sales Consultant to our Mansfield Branch, a role designed to shape our regional service offerings and drive meaningful growth.
Ideally, experience should come from contract sales within the lift industry—though applications from similar sectors are welcome. Your expertise will be pivotal in expanding our service portfolio and solidifying our presence across Passenger Lifts, Escalators, Goods Lifts, Stairlifts, and Access Lifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by:
- Identifying and securing new customers (esp. those nearing warranty expiry).
- Managing renewals via client engagement and securing long-term contracts.
- Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, and prepare accurate proposals/tenders.
- Maintain customer relationships, ensuring ongoing service agreements for safety, reliability, and peace of mind.
- Organise and record all sales activities with keen attention to key accounts.
- Collaborate with the branch team, report progress, and uphold standards of safety.
- Travel within the assigned service area as required.

**Essential;
- Valid full UK driving licence (travel required).
- Experience in contract sales, preferably in the lift or access industry (though other technical/engineering sectors may join).
- Technical background aligned with lifts/access solutions (experience as lift engineer, repair engineer, or technical sales preferred).
