Portfolio Surveyor (0705)
The Role
The Portfolio Surveyor will report to Transport for Wales' (TfW) Portfolio Manager and will assist in the management of TfW, TfW Rail Ltd and other group entities' land and property estate across Wales
Role Responsibilities
Support TfW in the management of the land and property portfolio by liaising with the Portfolio Manager as well as the wider Commercial Property Team and consultant resource to ensure effective management of TfW and other group companies' freehold and leasehold estate. Support other TfW directorates by providing information and updates on the development of rail projects to the Project Delivery Teams to enable the projects to be delivered on target and on time. Oversee the day-to-day management of the land and property portfolio by undertaking inspections to ensure compliance with lease terms. Conduct land and property referencing by utilising land registry data to ensure effective identification of issues that may disrupt the delivery of property projects.

Who We're Looking For
Property degree qualified or with a desire to obtain required qualification to progress in obtaining chartered status. Experience working with key stakeholders and effective relationship management. Experience in record keeping, adherence and compliance of reporting structures. Ability to write case studies and coherent reports.
Welsh Language Skills
