  • Assisting with financial control activities to ensure compliance with internal controls, group reporting requirements and accounting standards within a publicly listed company environment
  • Supporting the review and analysis of key financial information submitted by business units, helping to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely reporting across the portfolio
  • Learning and applying technical accounting principles, including supporting revenue recognition reviews and other financial compliance processes
  • Working closely with finance teams across multiple countries, building relationships and supporting business units with reporting requirements, reconciliations and finance system queries
  • Providing administrative support for key finance systems, including NetSuite, Adaptive Planning and BlackLine, while developing a strong understanding of finance processes and reporting tools
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives and helping to enhance financial systems, controls and reporting practices across the portfolio
  • Collaborating with experienced finance professionals, including the Corporate Reporting Controller, Portfolio Accountant and Portfolio CFO, gaining exposure to a broad range of accounting, reporting and commercial finance activities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
