Registered Care Manager in Portsmouth
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £38,000 (plus performance-related bonus) Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Caremark Portsmouth & Havant is recruiting a Registered Care Manager to lead quality and compliance in our brand-new Portsmouth office. This exciting opportunity allows you to build a best-in-class provider from the ground up with strong support from a leading national care provider.

Key Responsibilities
As our Registered Care Manager, your core duties will include:
- Ensuring consistent high standards of care
- Maintaining CQC compliance, legal requirements, and industry standards
- Recruiting, developing, and leading a care team that aligns with your values
- Delivering high-quality training to support exceptional care delivery
- Building strong relationships with:
- Customers and families
- Local authorities
- Partner agencies
- Overseing office operations, ensuring staff have the resources to succeed
- Cultivating a workplace culture where employees thrive
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager within a domiciliary care setting
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
- Uncompromising commitment to excellence—"good enough" is never sufficient
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and empathy in caring for individuals
- Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and effective leadership
