Our client has a fantastic opportunity as a Junior Client Consultant and would love to hear from you. This role involves flexible working with occasional visits to London.

The Role:

As a Junior Client Consultant, you will be joining the Professional Services team and assist in contributing to the continued growth of the company.

This role will start as a remote role with occasional travel to London, but this is subject to change with the possibility of moving to a more prominent London base. The role will start as a 3-month internship paying £25,000 p.a. Upon a successful internship, you will be offered a permanent job with an improved salary of £27,000.

Conversational Portuguese / Brazilian is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Segmentation and user selection for campaigns
  • Setting up and monitoring email and mobile campaigns
  • Testing services and producing reports
  • Managing new SMS, MMS, Email and Voice campaign set-up
  • Investigating/fixing issues reported by clients about their campaigns
  • Campaign testing
  • Data analysis
  • Providing daily, weekly or monthly reports on campaigns

About You:

This role will suit a tech-savvy multitasker who is keen to interact with clients, is attentive to detail and is a fast learner. You must be keen to learn how a new media business works and be willing to contribute to maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

This role is client-facing and will involve daily interactions with clients as you help them deliver marketing and communication campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Professional and dedicated attitude
  • Time management skills and ability to work with deadlines and multitask
  • You have skills in office productivity tools, such as spreadsheets
  • You have a general interest in marketing and the ‘new media’ field
