Job Description
Lingomelo.com is looking for an experienced Portuguese language teacher to join our team of tutors creating online content to help educate people around the world, for less!
We are looking for someone who is confident teaching Portuguese and is excited to create engaging online course material for our platform.
What’s Involved?
- Create a course outline that covers the essential topics students need to learn.
- Include practical exercises, speaking practice, and real-life examples to help learners apply their skills naturally.
- Record your lessons by following the outline and teaching students step-by-step in a clear and engaging way.

It’s pretty simple - follow your outline, record your screen and lessons, and use a professional microphone to guide students through the language skills they’ll be learning.
You will only be responsible for creating the raw footage. All editing and post-production will be handled by our team.
Once production is complete, the course will be published and the project is done. But if you enjoy the experience and would like to create more content, there are also long-term teaching opportunities available down the road.
Salary
- 70 USD per hour of completed content [55 USD for completed content + 15 USD for preparational work]

Preferred Experience
- Must have clear and fluent Portuguese and English speaking skills
- Must have experience teaching beginner Portuguese
- Must have great communication skills
Recruitment Process

- Sign the contract and get recording!
