The Company

Our client is a leading financial markets education provider with offices in London and Dubai and exciting expansion plans across Portugal. They help aspiring traders and investors develop their knowledge through a range of educational programmes, from free beginner courses to advanced professional training.

This is a great opportunity for a Portuguese-speaking Sales Consultant to join the London team and become a key part of the company's expansion into the Portuguese market.

The Role

As a Portuguese Sales Consultant, you will work with warm inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns across social media and other digital channels. Your role will be to engage prospective clients, understand their goals, build strong relationships, and recommend the most suitable educational programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify warm inbound leads.
  • Present and explain the company's financial education programmes.
  • Guide clients through the enrolment process.
  • Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and update the CRM.
  • Work closely with colleagues in both London and Portugal.
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, client services, or another customer-facing role
  • Confident in communicating with people at all levels.
