Managed Services Team Leader

Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are looking to appoint a POS campaign team leader to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and resilient under pressure, with strong attention to detail. They will be able to influence and constructively challenge stakeholders while demonstrating company values and maintaining professional standards.

The role involves overseeing workload distribution and resource planning, supporting delivery as needed and maintaining visibility of team capacity, while completing key operational tasks accurately. The managed services team leader acts as a clear first point of escalation for teams, providing direction and resolution on complex issues, encouraging collaboration and making informed decisions quickly.

Comfortable leading and developing a high-performing team, they will offer mentoring and structured development while managing behaviours, attendance, and team standards. They will need to be confident handling challenging conversations and resolving team issues while creating a supportive and positive working culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
