CRC Industries is a global leader in specialty chemicals and maintenance solutions, trusted by professionals across industrial, automotive, electrical and professional trade markets. As we continue to grow across EMEA and the UK, we're looking for a commercially minded and highly organised POS & Trade Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys bringing campaigns to life, improving customer engagement, managing projects, and creating impactful trade marketing and merchandising solutions that make a real difference at point of purchase.

Location: UK-based (Remote) with travel across the UK and Europe

Reporting Structure: This role reports into the Head of Marketing, EMEA & UK

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in supporting and delivering trade marketing activities across the EMEA region, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating trade marketing campaigns and activation programmes.
  • Supporting product launches across EMEA and the UK.
  • Developing and managing POS materials, displays and merchandising solutions.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, agencies and production partners.
  • Supporting regional sales teams with marketing materials and activation initiatives.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and providing reporting and insights.
  • Helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and in-store visibility.

What we're looking for

We're interested in candidates who enjoy a mix of commercial, creative and project-based work and who are keen to develop their career within an international business.

You'll ideally have:

  • 3+ years' experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Retail Marketing, Category Marketing or a similar commercial marketing role.
  • Experience supporting trade marketing activity across multiple channels or markets.
  • Experience working with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • An analytical mindset and good commercial awareness.
  • Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
