Role Details
Position: Designer & Animator
Start Date: March 2025
Deadline: 16th March 2025
Location: London, UK
Duration: Full-time
Hours: 09:30-18:00 Monday to Friday. You may be expected to work outside of these hours in exceptional circumstances.
Reporting to: Senior Project Manager and Head Of Creative Operations
Salary: Depending on experience

Who are we?
F That is a digital creative agency specialising in animation, working predominantly in the music industry. Some of the content we make includes official videos, AR filters, 2D and 3D animations, DSP assets, outdoor advertising, and short-form video content. Over the past five years we have firmly established ourselves as leading content creators in the music industry and beyond.
We work with a range of companies and organisations such as Warner Records, Polydor, Columbia, Island, AEG, Atlantic, Partisan, Deliveroo, WWF, and AWAL, among others. Some of our recent projects include Childish Gambino, Dua Lipa, De La Soul, Doja Cat, Metallica, Dermot Kennedy, U2, Beyoncé, Gorillaz, Elton John, Ed Sheeran, as well as feature films such as Emelia Perez, Killers Of The Flower Moon, and Venom.
We are a friendly, hard working, inclusive team that values trust, creativity, and passion. We believe in helping our staff to grow within their roles so all team members are encouraged to participate in training courses in areas they want to develop.
As we have a hybrid work model we maintain strong team bonds through regular catch ups and group activities such as summer and Christmas parties and music industry events.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a skilled and creative Designer & Animator to join our growing creative team and contribute to a diverse range of projects for our expanding roster of clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design and animation skills, with experience working in the music industry.

Required Experience
- Proven track record: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the music industry (record label, artist management company, agency, creative studio, etc.), demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Music industry knowledge: Extensive experience producing music-industry-specific content, including animated artwork, lyric videos, visualisers, social media assets, and out-of-home advertising.
Required Skills
- Design expertise: Exceptional skills in animation, graphic design, and video editing, with a high level of attention to detail in typography, motion graphics, and visual communication. You will possess creativity and a keen eye for design across various mediums.
- Software proficiency: Advanced knowledge of design software (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and a strong understanding of industry-standard workflows.
- Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
- Time management and problem-solving: Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and overcome challenges efficiently.

What does the role entail?
Creative Execution
- Design & Animation: You’ll leverage your exceptional design and animation skills to create visually stunning and innovative content that captivates audiences and aligns with client objectives. From crafting engaging animated music videos to designing visually striking OOH, you’ll be at the forefront of bringing creative concepts to life.
- Quality Assurance: You’ll maintain the highest standards of quality control, ensuring that all deliverables meet rigorous quality benchmarks. You’ll meticulously review your work and proactively seek feedback, ensuring all content is in line with company standards.
- Ideation: You will contribute to client ideation briefs and treatments, showcasing your creative vision and expertise. This includes developing innovative concepts and collaborating with senior designers to refine ideas.
- Experimentation: You’ll stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, continually seeking opportunities to innovate and push creative boundaries to explore in your R&D sessions.
