Who are we?

F That is a digital creative agency specialising in animation, working predominantly in the music industry. Some of the content we make includes official videos, AR filters, 2D and 3D animations, DSP assets, outdoor advertising, and short-form video content. Over the past five years we have firmly established ourselves as leading content creators in the music industry and beyond.

We work with a range of companies and organisations such as Warner Records, Polydor, Columbia, Island, AEG, Atlantic, Partisan, Deliveroo, WWF, and AWAL, among others. Some of our recent projects include Childish Gambino, Dua Lipa, De La Soul, Doja Cat, Metallica, Dermot Kennedy, U2, Beyoncé, Gorillaz, Elton John, Ed Sheeran, as well as feature films such as Emelia Perez, Killers Of The Flower Moon, and Venom.

We are a friendly, hard working, inclusive team that values trust, creativity, and passion. We believe in helping our staff to grow within their roles so all team members are encouraged to participate in training courses in areas they want to develop.

As we have a hybrid work model we maintain strong team bonds through regular catch ups and group activities such as summer and Christmas parties and music industry events.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Manager to join our Operations team and play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our growing roster of clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the music industry.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
