About the Role
Get out what you put in – as a PBS Lead, you’ll:
- Develop, organise, and deliver a high-quality Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach to equip children with the skills they need for the best possible quality of life.
- Work in co-production with children, young people, and families to identify tailored support needs, address challenges, and create individualised behaviour plans.
- Lead practice engineering by ensuring staff benefit from training, mentoring, and consistent application of person-centred practices.

Requirements
To support your colleagues in achieving impactful, inclusive care, you’ll have:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN)—consideringBehaviour Support (PBS).
- A related qualification (SEN, Health & Social Care).
- In-depth PBS knowledge along with experience configuring/implementing targeted plans.
- Ability to identify training gaps—and coach teams through personalised strategies.
- Skills in risk assessment, modesty, and collaboration with children, parents, and educators.
- Commitment to understanding diverse needs through empathy and a steadfast dedication to child welfare.
