We're Hiring a Post 16 SEND & Inclusion Lead at The Dare2Dream Foundation

Hybrid & Office Based – Oversight Across Multiple UK Regions
£40,000 – £46,000 per year
Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

About Us

The Dare2Dream Foundation is a dynamic and innovative Post-16 alternative provision supporting young people who have faced significant barriers to mainstream education. We provide personalised, holistic pathways that combine education, skills development, mentoring, therapeutic support, and positive opportunities, empowering young people to achieve their full potential.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEND & Inclusion Lead to provide operational leadership across our Post-16 provision. The successful candidate will lead SEND provision, safeguarding, pastoral support, and operational delivery across multiple services and locations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of Post-16 Hubs, 19–25 provision, and Outreach teams.
  • Oversee staffing, timetabling, capacity planning, and service delivery.
  • Ensure consistency of systems, processes, and high standards across all sites.
  • Line manage operational and support staff, including Regional Leads and Assistant Regional Leads.

SEND & Inclusion

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for SEND provision.
  • Ensure EHCPs and learner support plans are effectively implemented and regularly reviewed.
  • Promote inclusive teaching, behaviour management, and learner engagement.
  • Liaise with Local Authorities, therapists, and external professionals.
  • Monitor SEND provision and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
