Post Office Manager - Harrogate
Location: Jennyfield Drive, Harrogate
Salary: £29,365 per annum plus great benefits
Contract: Permanent
Join us as a Post Office Manager in Harrogate, where you'll lead a service that really matters to your community. With post office services in over 350 stores, our branches play an important role in supporting our colleagues, members and customers every day.
As Post Office Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation, bringing people together, supporting your team to succeed, and working closely with store colleagues.

What you'll do:
- Lead, support and develop your team to deliver great service and performance
- Ensure the branch is safe, compliant and runs smoothly day to day
- Manage cash, balance and reporting to maintain operational accuracy
- Build strong relationships with customers, members and the local community

What you'll bring:
- Experience in a post office environment, including the use of systems such as Horizon, alongside cash, stock and reporting processes
- Experience leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and organisation skills, with a focus on improving performance
- A passion for customer service and supporting your local community
