The Role
Full-Time Position
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), with flexibility where required.
- Occasional weekend work may be necessary.
You will report to the Store Management Team, overseeing the daily efficient operation of the Post Office to ensure outstanding customer service and profit-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Maximise sales and minimise loss by contributing to continuous improvement.
- Lead the post office to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction following company procedures.
- Handle and balance cash accurately daily.
- Complete administrative duties as required.
- Ensure top-tier customer care at all times.
- Potential to travel to other post office branches as part of the role.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Strong customer-centric mindset with leadership ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Cash handling experience.
- Sales experience, including target-driven performance.
- Back-office/administrative proficiency.
Desirable
- Good educational standard.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
