Hours & Schedule

  • 30 hours per week, working 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday)
  • Operating hours: 08:00 to 14:00
  • Due to operational demand, one Sunday in five on a rota basis

A Bit About You

We are looking for motivated individuals who embody the following traits:

  • Upbeat, independent, and self-motivated
  • Organised, punctual, and dedicated to excellent customer service
  • People-oriented with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
  • Physically capable of long walks, outdoor work in all weather, and adherence to health guidelines
  • Strong sense of community with pride in your work
  • Must hold a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

Competitive Compensation & Payments

  • Guaranteed hourly rate: £13.06 per hour (adjusted to working hours)
  • Paid overtime, enhanced at a rate of x1.25 for any hours worked over 40 per week
  • Holiday: 22.5 days (adjusted for workers below 40 hours per week) (Holidays increase with length of service.)
