Hours & Schedule
- 30 hours per week, working 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday)
- Operating hours: 08:00 to 14:00
- Due to operational demand, one Sunday in five on a rota basis

A Bit About You
We are looking for motivated individuals who embody the following traits:
- Upbeat, independent, and self-motivated
- Organised, punctual, and dedicated to excellent customer service
- People-oriented with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
- Physically capable of long walks, outdoor work in all weather, and adherence to health guidelines
- Strong sense of community with pride in your work
- Must hold a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

Competitive Compensation & Payments
- Guaranteed hourly rate: £13.06 per hour (adjusted to working hours)
- Paid overtime, enhanced at a rate of x1.25 for any hours worked over 40 per week
- Holiday: 22.5 days (adjusted for workers below 40 hours per week) (Holidays increase with length of service.)

Recorded Reminders
- Roles listed between 35-40 hours per week may be considered full-time for search purposes, although the contract is classified as part-time if under 40 hours per week.
