Postal Delivery Driver (Postie) – Marlow Delivery Office
📍 Location: SL7 1AA 🕒 Job Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months) 💰 Salary: £13.68/hour (paid monthly) + available overtime ⏰ Working Hours: 30 hrs/week – 5 days in 7 (Mon-Sun) – shifts between 08:30 & 14:30

Responsibilities
On the job, you’ll:
- Sort letters/parcels at the delivery office
- Drive and walk routes to deliver mail (sometimes in varied weather)
- Build relationships with customers
- Transport up to 10kg+ mailbags and cover up to 12 miles/day (20k+ steps)
- Handle special items (e.g., exam results, orders) with reliability

What to Expect

About You
We’ll train you, supply a red van + uniform, and get you out there. You’ll need:
- Full manual UK driving licence (⚠️ max 6 penalty points, registered to current address)
- Willing to pass a driving assessment (weekly post-transit reviews)
- Physically fit—comfortable walking, climbing, and carrying heavy loads
- Reliable & motivated (independent work + flexible Sundays/Saturdays 2/6)
- Pride in service—happy to engage with customers daily
