The Opportunity
This position opens doors to brain tumour biology research, seeking a candidate with a strong profile in:
- Gene therapy
- Transcriptional reporter assays
- Mammalian primary cell culture
- Molecular biology & genetics
The role is full-time (35 hours/week).

About the Centre for Regenerative Medicine (CRM)
The CRM, a leading research centre based at Edinburgh BioQuarter, focuses on advancing human health through:
- Stem cell study
- Disease & tissue repair
- Bench-to-bedside approach addressing degenerative diseases like brain disorders, blood conditions, liver/heart diseases.
Affiliated with the Institute for Regeneration and Repair (IRR), CRM collaborates across academic, clinical, and industry stakeholders.

- Two co-directors: Prof. Anna Williams and Prof. Tilo Kunath.
