We are seeking highly qualified PhD holders, postdoctoral researchers, and experienced researchers for international Talent Programs supporting excellence in frontier science, advanced technologies, and emerging industries at leading universities, research institutions, and innovation platforms in China.
About the Role
The Talent Programs are major initiatives dedicated to advancing global scientific innovation and fostering research excellence. They support outstanding researchers in collaboration with top universities, research institutes, innovation centers, and enterprises in China, providing strong institutional backing and long-term development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research aligned with institutional and program priorities
- Lead or contribute to major research projects
- Publish in reputable international journals
- Collaborate with domestic and international research teams
- Contribute to academic development and innovation initiatives

- PhD degree (required for all program categories)
- Relevant research or professional experience preferred
- Strong publication record or notable technological achievements
- Ability to work independently and in multicultural environments

Pay range and compensation package
- Experienced Researchers: ~USD 300,000 total support
- Early Career Researchers: ~USD 270,000 total support
- Postdoctoral Talent: ~USD 250,000 total support
- Up to ~USD 100,000 in additional research funding for exceptional candidates
- Competitive annual salary (~USD 50,000–250,000)
