Postdoctoral Researcher in Protein Biology / Protein-Protein Interactions

We are looking for a Postdoctoral Researcher in Protein Biology / Protein-Protein Interactions to join our group at the Zhejiang University-University of Edinburgh Institute (ZJE), located in Haining, Zhejiang, China.

About ZJE

ZJE offers a unique research environment where the cultures and standards of Zhejiang University and the University of Edinburgh come together to advance Biomedical Sciences. It is a highly international, collaborative, and well-resourced place to develop ambitious research.

Our Group

Our group works at the interface of evolution, protein-protein interactions, and algorithm development. We are a computational group currently expanding toward a fully integrated dry + wet lab research program. We have functional bench spaces, molecular biology equipment, access to rich core facilities at ZJE, and connections to facilities at the main Zhejiang University campus, nearby universities, and other research centers.

Position Details

  • Duration: 2 years
  • Preferred Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Application Review: Rolling basis until the position is filled

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in:
    • Protein biology
    • Experimental validation and analysis of protein-protein interactions
    • Cell signaling and/or motif biology
    • Molecular biology or related wet-lab approaches
  • Candidates must come from a Top 100 university, according to recognized international rankings.
