DB Engineer Oracle and PostgreSQL skills required to drive the data migration between Oracle and PostgreSQL DB. Automate the data integrity and migration validation scripts at DB level.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Database Knowledge
- Understanding of Oracle schemas, data types, PL/SQL triggers, stored procedures, and constraints.

PostgreSQL Knowledge
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL schemas, data types, functions, extensions, and procedural language PL/pgSQL.

Migration Tools
- Utilities such as PGloader, ora2pg, ETL scripts with Python, Perl, etc.

Error Handling and Troubleshooting
- Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve migration errors and incompatibilities.
- Remove duplicates and ensure data quality.
