Posting & Cleaning Operative - Tower Hamlets

Posting & Cleaning Operative (PCO) – (0057796)

A role offering flexibility to suit your needs outside of work, as part of a multi-skilled team dedicated to:

  • Posting client adverts to a high standard
  • Maintaining council bus shelters, ensuring they’re clean for local communities year-round

Location: Tower Hamlets Hours: 40-hour weekly contract, split between posting and cleaning rotations (alternating weekly).

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete a dedicated posting or cleaning round in Tower Hamlets
  • Work independently in all weather conditions, using a fully expensed company van
  • Pop into the Dartford branch weekly via van for restocking and company updates

The Role Includes

✅ Fully expensed company van for business/commute use, covering:

  • Urban routes (high-street shopping areas)
  • Residential regions
  • Rural settings ✅ Personalised flexibility – 1 week posting / 1 week cleaning (repeating rhythm) ✅ Dedicated training and support for seamless onboarding

Requirements

Essential:

  • Valid driving licence (situation of no more than 3 points)
  • Experience driving medium-sized vans
  • Lone working experience (remote/unsupervised)

Desirable:

  • Outdoor work experience in adverse weather
  • Industrial cleaning experience would be advantageous
