Posting & Cleaning Operative (PCO) – Flexible Long-term Position
We are looking for highly motivated individuals for a serviced role that suited your needs outside of work. This position offers the flexibility to manage your weekly 40-hour workload while ensuring our clients’ advertisements are posted and our council bus shelters are kept pristine for Tower Hamlets.
About the Role
You’ll be part of a multi-skilled team, working fully independently across a dedicated posting and cleaning round in Tower Hamlets. Choose your preferred rhythm: one week focused on posting advertisements and the next on high-standard bus shelter cleaning, ensuring year-round accessibility for the community.
Independent operatives will operate with full autonomy but must maintain a structured weekly schedule that includes one mandatory visit to our Dartford branch for restocking, mandatory company updates, and support.
Attention: This role is physically demanding, operating outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
- You’ll travel alone via a provided company vehicle.
- Attractive working conditions, including company-paid tools, uniform, and van.
Responsibilities
- Execute a fully serviced posting and cleaning round within Tower Hamlets.
- Operate independently and manage time effectively to meet internal deadlines.
- Ensure cleanliness and quality maintenance of government and commercial assets.
- Collaborate remotely with the팀 to resolve challenges.
- Adhere to company clearance procedures and operate professional equipment care protocols.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
