About the Role
We’re searching for a motivated and committed person to drive and deliver across towns and villages. Here's what you'll be involved in:
- Making billions of deliveries possible, ensuring important documents and packages reach their destinations
- Representing local communities, offering friendly customer service
- Working independently in all kinds of weather conditions
- Ensuring packages and letters are delivered securely and on time

- A people-person – your smile and friendly interaction set you apart
- Someone passionate about community – working genuinely for the betterment of Shetland
- Weather-ready – prepared to work outdoors in any conditions and walk for long periods
- There to “belong” – you take pride in your work and the team you contribute to
- Dedicated driver – full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points) required due to the role demands
