We’re looking for a Team Member to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.
About The Role
As a Potato Stores Team Member, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our raw material and warehouse processes, helping to keep production running around the clock. Working as part of a high-performing team, you'll be responsible for safely managing stock movements, supporting goods in and out activities, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and hygiene.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills across multiple operational areas, contribute to continuous improvement activities and take ownership of important site processes, including stock control and oil management.

What will you be doing?
- Managing stock movement across the site Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently to load and unload vehicles, move materials and ensure the timely supply of stock to support production.
- Taking ownership of key operational processes Managing oil deliveries, carrying out measurements and completing accurate documentation to support production and compliance requirements.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and hygiene Ensuring all activities are completed in line with site procedures, contributing to a safe, clean and efficient working environment.
- Supporting stock control and warehouse operations Helping to maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels and ensure goods are correctly received, stored and dispatched.
- Driving continuous improvement Working collaboratively with colleagues to identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance operational performance.

Job Requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:
- Strong organisational skills The ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload effectively within a fast-paced operational environment.
- FLT experience A valid FLT licence and practical experience operating forklift trucks safely and effectively within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or similar environment.
- Warehouse or operational experience Experience within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or similar environment, or transferable skills that would support success in the role.
- A willingness to learn and develop An enthusiasm for building new skills and knowledge, with training and development provided to support your growth.
- A commitment to safety and quality A focus on following procedures, maintaining standards and ensuring work is completed safely and accurately.
