About the Role
As an Architecture & Design Solutions Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape the way our solutions are specified and experienced within the architecture and design community. By building strong relationships with architects, designers, and industry partners, you will help transform ideas into successful projects and contribute to our long-term growth and market presence.
Due to some upcoming retirements, we are currently reorganizing the sales team and are exploring a new location for our sales office in the UK.
Your Job
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize specification opportunities, primarily within the architecture and design sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, engineers, developers, manufacturers, and other key stakeholders to drive product specification and long-term partnerships.
- Advise clients and specifiers by understanding project requirements and recommending tailored technical solutions and products.
- Manage specification projects from initial opportunity through successful completion, coordinating closely with regional sales teams and proactively resolving challenges.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the project pipeline through customer engagement, market analysis, and close collaboration with the sales organization.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, industry events, and professional forums to strengthen brand awareness and generate new business.
- Monitor market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and actively promote the company's products, solutions, and brand within the architecture and design community.
- Provide ongoing technical support and ensure accurate reporting in accordance with company processes and guidelines.

Your Profile

- Min. 2 years experience in architectural or design business
- First sales or business development experience would be preferred
- Perfect English communication skills
- Autonomous, contact oriented and self starting person coming up with new ideas and concepts
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Proficient in general computer operations, including MS Office suite and CRM data entry.
